Site Reliability Engineer (Mid-Senior)

In this role, you’ll:

• Be a part of a team which maintains hundreds of servers around the globe.
• Maintain multiple Kubernetes clusters and ensure availability.
• Work on infrastructure architecture, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Be responsible for managing various databases - SQL, NoSQL, etc.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and updates.
• Automate everything or as many things as possible.
• Work together with PMs and the development team to find the best technological solutions.
• New ideas & projects are always welcome!

Your skills & experience:

Strong Linux skills, including troubleshooting and programming.
That you are familiar with some of these technologies: Microservices, Kafka, Nginx, MySQL, Valkey, HAProxy, Prometheus.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/Helm/ArgoCD.
Hands-on experience with automation and servers provisioning tools (preferably Ansible and OpenTofu).
Excellent proactive, responsibility and ownership skills.

Nice to have:
Experience with big databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Experience with critical web systems (you know what HA actually means).
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery/continuous deployment (Gitlab CI/CD).
Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, etc.).
That you have a clue or two about how network technologies work (DNS, IPv4, IPv6, BGP, routing, bridging, etc.).
