We're on the lookout for a fearless Web Developer to join the Overwolfian ranks and help us create legendary user experiences. 

As our Web Warlock, you'll wield your expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create immersive, interactive web pages that not only look spectacular but function flawlessly - engaging millions of gamers and in-game creators across all realms, and beyond.

In this role, you will:


  • Develop and maintain interactive web pages and digital assets for Overwolf’s marketing initiatives, ensuring they are visually appealing and optimally functional. 
  • Design engaging landing pages that showcase Overwolf’s products and services, using advanced CSS, HTML, and JavaScript to enhance user interaction and engagement.
  • Employ advanced CSS, HTML, and JavaScript to create dynamic features such as animations and parallax effects that enhance user engagement and bring creative concepts to life.
  • Work closely with marketing specialists to align all web projects with Overwolf’s brand identity and marketing objectives, providing technical insights and creative solutions during design and content strategy sessions. 
  • Adhere to established design tokens and systems to ensure consistent brand representation across all digital platforms, maintaining the integrity of visual elements.
  • Monitor and improve website performance across all platforms, ensuring maximum speed and scalability. Regularly test new and existing web features for functionality and UX quality.
  • Continuously explore and integrate the latest web technologies to keep our marketing web pages and assets cutting-edge, engaging, and effective.


  • 3+ years of proven experience building web pages using semantic HTML5, modern CSS, and JavaScript, with demonstrated ability to develop, test, and maintain responsive websites.
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass, modern web development tools like Webpack and Gulp, and version control systems, particularly Git and Git-based workflows.
  • Proficiency in using design tools like Figma to export assets and implement design systems.
  • Ability to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive UI with a strong focus on performance and aesthetic quality.
  • Experience working with SVG icons, illustrations, videos, and animations.
  • Expertise in CSS animations, transitions, and interactive effects like parallax scrolling.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing finished products and code examples demonstrating comprehensive development skills.
  • Experience in arcane debug incantations, potion brewing for code optimization, and ceremonial mead sipping.

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in a marketing-driven development environment.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization for highly interactive websites.
  • Familiarity with Three.js for advanced 3D animations and effects.
  • Familiarity with Lottie/lottieFiles web player.
