Senior Backend Developer

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer for our Enabling Delivery Base team. The team develops applications for the delivery bases and is responsible for smooth scheduling. Your main responsabilities will be:
  • Working in an agile software development team.
  • Exciting new technologies and a say in the solutions.
  • Modern cloud infrastructures in AWS and GCP.
  • You will be a sparring partner for technical decisions.
  • Flexible working hours and the option to work from home.
  • You will work with our colleagues in Germany (Dresden and Hamburg) and Spain.
  • You have successfully completed training in computer science or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a developer.
  • You feel at home with Spring Boot, Kotlin and Kafka; you should also be familiar with React, TypeScript, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP and Docker.
  • You have experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code; experience with Terraform is desirable.
  • You have a structured way of working and the ability to think and act in a goal-oriented manner.
  • You enjoy teamwork and have strong communication skillsProfound experience with Java.
  • Good English skills, written and spoken.
Nice to have (if applicable): 
  • It would be a plus if you have already developed Android apps.
  • Experience with MongoDB is desirable.
