- 负责根据电扶梯产品需求，进行电子电路设计需求分解，并提供硬件架构设计和硬件详细设计
- 负责设计需求撰写以及设计文档整合评审归档
- 具有专业的硬件电路设计能力，包含了元器件选型，Pspice仿真,WCCA分析，DFMEDA，原理图设计，layout评审等
- 负责电子电路的可靠性和环境适用性测试和评估
- 解决产品设计过程中的EMC,环境适应性和系统集成问题
- 推进PCBA产品降本，兼容性替代，推进国产化元器件适应，设计有性价比的产品
Qualifications:
- 计算机，通讯，电子，软件等相关专业，重点本科及以上学历，有做过电梯行业开发经验者更佳
- 精通高可靠性和环境适用性的硬件设计开发
- 精通基本的电子元器件选型比如电容，电感, MOSFET等，有实际电路开发，如电源DCDC, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN,离散量IO等。必须有设计量产的产品经验。
- 精通高可靠性和环境适用性的硬件设计开发。对EMC/EMI有深刻的理解，能够解决ESD,浪涌，EMI，快速群脉冲等问题
- 本科8年以上，硕士6年以上硬件设计经验
- 英语流利，具有英语和国外同事沟通的能力
- 较强团队沟通能力，有责任心，主动任务闭环管理
