Vous travaillerez au sein du Service Stratégie Industriel & Industrialisation, votre scope de travail est lié principalement à l’industrialisation des projets & produits des composants mécaniques des ascenseurs, ainsi que à l’amélioration continue de nos lignes de fabrication.
Au quotidien, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
Etudie, met au point, définit les méthodes de fabrication et la gestion de la production au niveau d'une ligne de fabrication et / ou d'un flux logistique
Participe au choix et à la mise en place des nouveaux moyens de production / assemblage.
Participe à la création des dossiers de demande d’investissements en rédigeant la définition des besoins ; l'argumentaire associé et réalise des demandes de devis.
Optimise les systèmes de production et les flux industriels pour améliorer la performance globale (qualité, coûts, délais).
Pilote l'industrialisation de nouveaux composants d'ascenseur (Pré étude, étude, conception et mise en place de méthodes et moyens de production).
Participe au lancement des Opérations de production (accompagnement des nouveaux équipements productifs, mise en place logistique,)
Organise et anime l’AMDEC process
Participe dans son activité au bon déploiement de la politique EHS (Etude ergonomique des postes de travail, respect de la politique environnement ,...)
Participe à l’amélioration continue de son activité (QCPC, Kaizen, DIVE,...).
Profil recherché :
Diplôme d’ingénieur ou Bac+5 en Génie Industriel, Mécanique ou Ingénieur Méthodes
Connaissance des procédés de fabrication (pliage, poinçonnage, assemblage, etc.).
Expérience dans l’Analyse des temps et équilibrage des lignes.
Maitrise de l’anglais oral et écrit
Connaissance des logiciels CREO, AutoCAD, ça sera un plus.
