Role Overview:
The Digital Workplace Services Engineer supports Otis group B countries strategy by enabling a modern, secure, and efficient digital workplace. The role focuses on telecommunications, PC and hardware/software asset management, and high‑quality support services to allow employees to work securely from anywhere.
On a typical day you will:
Align workplace services with enterprise strategies and business objectives.
Ensure compliance, standardization, and full lifecycle management of all workplace assets and services.
Support and manage relationships with key suppliers; drive service improvements and operational excellence.
Standardize and support telecommunications operations and products.
Use and maintain ServiceNow, including the CMDB, following Otis standards.
Collaborate with global architecture and support teams.
Provide timely resolution of incidents and service requests within workplace services scope.
Communicate technical issues clearly and assist in remediation activities.
Participate in project planning and execution.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
ITIL certification or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong technical background and relevant experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft collaboration technologies (O365, Exchange, Lync/Skype, Teams).
English language proficiency.
