What you will do

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing HR processes, be the owner of the project roadmap within the Talent Enablement team, drive key people projects in collaboration with the HR Business Partners & L&D Manager, be a partner to align our Talent Enablement projects with organisational goals, and are involved in the change & communication process. Your expertise will contribute to the overall effectiveness, efficiency, and strategic impact of our HR function.

Where you will have impact

HR Transformation Strategy: Collaborate with People & Talent leaders and Talent Enablement Team  to develop a comprehensive HR transformation strategy that aligns with the organisation's objectives. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in HR processes, systems, and practices.

Employee experience enhancement: Drive and align initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience, such as engagement programs, wellbeing strategy, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement within the HR function.

Support building a culture of high performance: Design and implement performance management strategy, ensuring alignment with the Growth Framework, organisational goals, company values and HR strategies in alignment with the Director,  Talent Enablement. Collaborate HR Analytics to gain insights into performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions and with HR Business Partners involved in performance management activities to take action

Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Effectively manage project execution, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets. Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve project-related issues. Prepare regular status reports for project sponsors, HR leadership, and other relevant stakeholders. Provide timely updates on project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.

Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to support HR transformation initiatives. Effectively communicate changes to stakeholders and guide employees through the transition, ensuring their understanding and engagement

Process Analysis and Redesign: Evaluate existing HR processes, identify areas of inefficiency or redundancy, and develop strategies to streamline operations. Lead the redesign and implementation of optimized HR processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.

HR Technology Implementation: Oversee the implementation of HR technology solutions, such as an HRIS, talent management platform, or data analytics tools. Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to ensure successful integration and adoption of new systems.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in Talent Management, HR transformation topics, process redesign, and change management
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and communication & presentation skills that drive clarity, structure, action, accountability and alignment within the Talent Enablement team and wider organisation. 
  • Capabilities to inspire and guide the HR team through transformational change and ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Profound interest in HR technology solutions, such as HRIS, talent management, or analytics systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to leverage data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (please submit your CV in English)
