Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
- 12 to 15 years of experience in technology, automation, and development lifecycles
- Proven track record of driving successful SaaS and technology initiatives and engaged in large-scale programs and teams globally.
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies backed with certifications in AI, Gen AI machine learning, and Oracle cloud-based solutions across SaaS and OCI.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams

An experienced consulting professional who is high on innovation, understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes and technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an assignment. HCM Cloud Technical consultant with 12 to 15 years of expert domain knowledge covering the Hire to Retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 5-8 end-to-end HCM implementations of which at least 3-4 should have been with HCM Cloud. and has hands-on expert knowledge of Cloud HCM Conversions, integrations (HCM Extracts & BIP), Reporting (OTBI & BIP), Fast Formula & Personalization - using tools like HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports & Design Studio. Apart from the above experience, exposure to Redwood UI, Gen AI & advanced knowledge in OIC, ADF, Java, PaaS, DBCS etc would be an added advantage. This is an Individual Contributor role.0 applies
