As a Software Developer in Employee Experience Engineering, you'll play a key role in transforming how Oracle employees collaborate and communicate.  Your mission?  Develop innovative applications that streamline and enrich the employee experience across Oracle's global workforce.

• Impactful Work: You’ll design and build custom applications that enhance collaboration with systems like Slack, Zoom, M365 Apps (Exchange) and our own homegrown products.  Your work will help save time and increase efficiency for Oracle employees and IT Engineering teams.
• Innovative Environment: We’re dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation. You’ll have the chance to build solutions from the ground up and use Oracle employees as a real-world test bed, giving you a unique platform to launch products that could shape the future.
• Dynamic Development: Engage in a full-stack developer role with a focus on frontend development. Your knowledge of APEX, PL/SQL, CSS, JavaScript, React, Java and Python will be highly valued as you create applications that are both functional and visually appealing with a modern UI design.  Experience with design tools like Figma will be highly valued as well.
• Agile Collaboration: Work in a global team using Agile Scrum practices. You'll be part of a vibrant, forward-thinking group that values creativity, teamwork and continuous learning.
