What You’ll Do
We’re looking for dynamic and motivated sales professionals to deliver industry-leading solutions that address complex business challenges. You’ll guide customers in overcoming data growth and meeting ambitious service-level expectations, enabling measurable business success. Satisfied customers will not only renew their contracts but also seek additional solutions to achieve more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive both short-term wins and long-term success for customers and Oracle.
- Exceed quarterly sales targets by selling Oracle’s Cloud Platform to assigned accounts or territories.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, prioritizing new business development while expanding existing accounts.
- Conduct territory analysis to create a focused go-to-market strategy and establish a qualified account list within 30 days.
- Build a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach, including cold calls, email campaigns, and market intelligence.
- Demonstrate the value of Oracle solutions through consultative selling, ROI analysis, and leveraging references and analyst data.
- Coordinate internal resources like Pre-Sales Consultants, Business Development teams, Oracle Consulting, and partners to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in Oracle Sales Cloud, and provide reliable forecasting and revenue tracking.
- Continuously update your knowledge of Oracle’s product portfolio and market trends to enhance your sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to maximize customer value and ensure high subscription renewal rates
Required Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions or services.
- A proven track record of exceeding direct new business sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility at all levels, including Lines of Business and C-suite executives.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT industry landscape and market dynamics.
- Expertise in creating compelling value propositions and persuasive proposals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the flexibility to adapt to different situations and effectively communicate across all levels.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with extended sales teams to achieve shared goals.
