Program Manager 3 - Data Center Inventory Control Management

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) continues to expand its data center footprint, delivering large and complex builds across multiple regions. 

The Data Center Inventory Control Management (DCICM) team ensures that inventory is tracked, deployed, and governed with strong standards of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
 

We are seeking an IC3 Technical Program Manager to support inventory control activities for data center build projects within an assigned site, country, or regional area. This role will focus on build material deployment, inventory accuracy, logistics coordination, and third-party logistics (3PL) support, ensuring local data center programs maintain operational readiness and audit compliance.

This position carries a strong level of responsibility and requires the ability to manage day-to-day execution while escalating risks, blockers, and process gaps where needed. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to coordinate material lifecycle activities, support accurate inventory execution, and partner effectively with internal teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
