Lead Principal Technical Program Manager

Location: DUBAI, United Arab Emirates

In this role, you will lead specialised cloud region (DRCC, Alloy, Isolated regions) delivery programs for customers across EMEA

You will own and drive large-scale, cross-functional delivery programs that are critical to customer success and OCI growth. This includes defining delivery strategy, managing scope and timelines, resolving risks and blockers, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring programs are delivered with speed, quality, security, and resilience.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and customers, helping teams make clear decisions in complex environments. You will lead executive communications, shape delivery standards, improve operating models, and use data to identify risks, measure progress, and continuously improve how OCI delivers for customers.

We are looking for a seasoned technical program leader who can operate at both strategic and execution levels. You should be comfortable managing ambiguity, leading through influence, working with senior stakeholders, and driving outcomes across engineering, operations, customer success, compliance, and business teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong cloud infrastructure knowledge, excellent program leadership, sharp risk management instincts, and the ability to turn complex technical and business challenges into clear plans of action.
