The Strategic Customers Engineering organization within OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) sits at the center of the fastest-growing and most technically demanding part of the cloud: building at scale for the world’s leading AI innovators. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who thrives in complexity, moves with urgency, and brings people together to deliver outcomes that matter. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just track work but drives it. What You’ll Do

Work directly with leads to deliver large, cross-organizational programs that cut across engineering, product, operations, capacity, and business teams.

Operate at scale, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and execution across multiple OCI orgs for initiatives that impact both product and business outcomes.

Bring teams across OCI toward a unified north star, ensuring alignment, visibility, and progress across all stakeholders.

Translate complex technical requirements into clear plans and measurable milestones, driving them from concept to launch.

Serve as the connective tissue between teams, identifying gaps early, removing blockers, and maintaining steady execution.

Build trusted partnerships with senior engineering and business leaders to drive initiatives forward with confidence.
