Lead Principal Advanced Services Engineer- (Middleware,OIC)

Location: BENGALURU, KARNATAKA, India

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Middleware & Integration Consultant with over 10 years of experience in Oracle Middleware technologies, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle GoldenGate, and Observability solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in managing and supporting mission-critical production environments, troubleshooting complex integration issues, ensuring high availability, and working directly with enterprise customers.

The role requires excellent technical, analytical, and customer-facing skills with the ability to drive production stability, performance optimization, and continuous service improvements.

10+ years of experience in Oracle Middleware, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle GoldenGate, and Observability. Strong hands-on expertise in production support, L2/L3 troubleshooting, performance tuning, incident management, root cause analysis, and supporting enterprise customers. Experience with OCI, automation, and customer-facing production operations is preferred.
