Director, Platform Software Engineering

Location: Seattle, WA, United States

Your team will create the systems, workflows, service context, and safety controls that enable engineers and AI agents to understand services, automate repeatable work, safely make and validate changes, and improve production reliability over time.

You will set the technical and delivery direction for the platform, hire and develop a high-performing Nashville and Seattle based engineering teams, and partner closely with OCI service owners to turn fragmented operational knowledge and manual processes into reusable capabilities. Success means delivering practical AI-enabled engineering solutions that reduce operational toil, improve service resilience, and make OCI services easier and less costly to evolve and operate.
