As an Asset & Site Deployment Manager, Program Manager, you will lead asset deployment, site readiness, maintenance governance, and operational performance programs across OCI's mission-critical infrastructure environments. This role ensures assets, deployment plans, maintenance strategies, operational handoffs, and site readiness expectations translate into safe, reliable, timely, and scalable outcomes that support service delivery at scale. You will be responsible for building, governing, and continuously improving asset and site deployment practices across assigned sites, regions, services, or programs. This includes deployment planning, asset lifecycle governance, CMMS data quality, corrective action tracking, root cause analysis, performance reporting, risk management, and cross-functional coordination with Site Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Procurement, Logistics, Compliance, Safety, vendors, and business stakeholders.
