About the Role:
Location: Austin, TX (on-site preferred)
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our sales operations and automation, generating leads and executing creative outbound campaigns. If you’re eager to develop sales skills in a fast-growing AI startup, enjoy solving problems creatively, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, organize and automate sales workflows to streamline the outbound sales and demand generation process.
Prospect and engage with potential clients to generate high-quality leads.
Build and scale account lists efficiently, and run innovative and cost-efficient outbound campaigns to drive outbound pipeline growth and expand market reach.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights.
Utilize and implement sales automation tools like Zapier, Clay, and sales prospecting tools to enhance efficiency (prior experience is a plus but not required).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of experience in a sales or related role.
Quick learner, highly organized and attention to detail.
A strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and skills in sales and technology.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Bonus: familiar with sales tech stacks like automation tools like Clay, Zapier, sales prospecting tools and cold email tools.
Based in Austin, TX and willing to work on-site.
