We are seeking a smart and proactive intern to assist our Chief of Staff with various administrative and industry research tasks. This role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience within a dynamic team while supporting leadership in strategic decision-making. We welcome applicants from any academic background who meet the following criteria:
Position Requirements:
Smart, adaptable, and able to think independently and solve problems
Familiarity with Canadian culture and market environment
Ability to assist the Chief of Staff with administrative and industry research tasks to support management
Fluent in English and Chinese with excellent communication and writing skills
Open to any major, but strong learning and analytical skills are essential
Interest in the consulting industry
Able to work in-office two days per week
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internet research and write reports/spreadsheets
Manage vendor administration (calling/contacting customer support, booking appointments, etc.)
Organize and clean internal files (creating databases from provided information)
Assist in tracking internal tasks involving other employees (e.g., helping to ensure that employees address their SOC2 security settings)
Provide other general business support as needed
Flexible working hours: 20-30 hours per week
