What You’ll Do
The key functions you will be responsible for include:
- Prepare and responsible for month-end and year-end closings, ensuring compliance with internal IFRS reporting and external statutory reporting requirements
- Deliver monthly local management reporting packs, providing detailed analysis and insights into balance sheet and P&L movements
- Conduct operational cost deep-dive analysis and reporting by cost centers
- Develop financial budgets and forecasts through facilitating cross functional collaboration
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of required information
- Support the development of automated reporting solutions
- Exercise control over management and financial reporting
- Act as a key resource for business leadership regarding financial reporting and ad hoc deliverables
Who You Are
- Strong competency in verbal and written English, with the ability to package information in a clear and concise manner
- Open-minded and dynamic with excellent communication skills
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting, preferably in Big 4 or multinational corporation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA will be a plus
- Some financial systems and reporting experience
- Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to define and resolve problems
- Strong internal control mindset
