We are seeking a talented Senior Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on backend development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Node.js and a keen interest in expanding their skills. Experience with NestJS and cloud platforms will be a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
- Implement and manage APIs for webs
- Work with databases, including designing schemas and writing efficient queries
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are met
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Fullstack development, with a stronger emphasis on backend technologies
- Proficiency in Node.js
- Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL, including database design, normalization, indexing, and optimizing SQL queries for performance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the NestJS framework
- Experience with cloud platforms, with a strong preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of microservices & event-driven architecture
- ReactJS – would be an advantage
- Kubernetes – would be an advantage
