Description

This role is focused on supporting and advancing Microsoft infrastructure environments, with particular emphasis on identity, messaging, and migration work. As a Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering reliable infrastructure solutions, supporting complex transitions, and helping ensure Microsoft platforms are configured to meet client and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support Active Directory services, sites, replication, and migrations.
- Prepare Microsoft 365 tenants and verify domains for Exchange Online deployments.
- Configure and troubleshoot Exchange Online mail flow, application email relay, and connectivity.
- Manage Exchange Server coexistence, mailbox migrations, and hybrid integrations.
- Diagnose infrastructure incidents and deliver Microsoft infrastructure implementation and migration projects.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Active Directory administration, including Sites and Services, site configuration, replication troubleshooting, cross-forest migrations, bulk user operations, AD DS promotion and demotion, authentication, and domain troubleshooting.
- Experience preparing and configuring Microsoft 365 tenants, including domain registration, addition, verification, and Exchange Online prerequisites.
- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Exchange Online client access, mail flow, application email relay, delivery, and connectivity.
- Experience with on-premises Exchange Server coexistence, mailbox migrations, client access, mail flow, and hybrid integration with Exchange Online.
- Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft infrastructure and migration projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- AZ-800/AZ-801 certification.
- MS-102 certification.
- Exchange Server administration training or a relevant certification.
