What You'll Do:

• Work with a small team of experienced and highly talented developers using cutting-edge technologies
• Work closely with data engineering teams, taking full responsibility and ownership from design to post-deployment in a fast-paced environment with costs in mind
• Our Stack:
• Cloud providers - AWS, small portion of GCP
• Kubernetes on EKS
• CI and CD - CircleCI, Github actions, Jenkins
• Datastores and processing - MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Kafka, AWS SQS, RabbitMQ
• SCM - Github
• Application stack - Go, Ruby, NodeJS, Typescript, Javascript, Python
• You will be reporting to the DevOps Team Lead

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer with a strong sense of responsibility for high reliability and service level
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker containers
• Experienced with building the full application release cycle (CI/CD)
• Familiar with how modern web applications work and scale - APIs and microservices
• Strong experience with AWS networking, storage, relational and NoSQL database services
• Experienced with monitoring tools, various monitoring concepts and alerting
• Strong Linux skills, shell scripting, networking and storage
• Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic
• Ability to grasp new technologies quickly and prioritize and multitask on multiple responsibilities
