Staff Technical Program Manager (Platform & Technology)

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Technical Program Manager to manage and implement Technology Platform Programs across Finance, Transaction, and Infrastructure functions for the broader Engineering team. You will be embedded with the Financial Platform and Platform Engineering teams, partnering with senior leadership across the organization to build the platforms that underpin our stabilization and scaling strategy, integrating internal services and 3rd party systems.

This position can be located in Hyderabad.

We are open to consider candidates for relocation.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will:

• Work with stakeholders and engineering leadership to formulate the technical roadmap to build the Financial Platform that will streamline our monthly financial close activities and capital markets processes

• Formulate, structure and drive technical programs for the platform teams spanning Data Infrastructure, Analytics and the Foundation teams.
• Create team processes and structure to scale collaboration with cross functional teams, with particular focus on India/North America seams
• Strategize and secure technical alignment across the various Engineering, Product, Operations, and Design teams
• Drive clarity and structure in ambiguous situations by asking the right questions and applying insights you’ve gained
• Drive quarterly and annual planning for the Financial Platform team and Platform Engineering team and across the India/North America seams.
  
  

  We’re looking for teammates who have:

  • 8+ years as a TPM, engineering or product leader
  • Experience working across multiple functions/ business units, influencing and collaborating with others to successfully drive programs
  • Experience building technical roadmaps with a strong understanding of dependency management
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with key stakeholders to define key business questions and to build data sets that answer those questions
  • Self-motivated, proactive and proven ability to work well with teams having different operating cadences.

  Preferred Experience:

  • Experience building financial platforms and services
  • Detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem solving abilities to prioritize and manage blocking issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions. You can take a vague problem, frame the challenge, identify a path forward, and drive an initiative over the finish-line.
  • Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple functions (Operations, Product, Engineering, Infrastructure) is critical.
