Job Description
We are seeking Staff System Engineers to be key players in a system Engineering team for definition, architectural development and validation of solid-state power device solutions in the areas of computing, Automotive and Industrial. Experience with MOSFETs , SiC and GaN devices is preferred. You are coming from an OEM or semiconductor applications background with 5-10 years of experience in designing and working with power electronics systems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in a team that looks to shape onsemi’s next-generation power electronics platforms by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive key and strategic design wins for the company.
