Product/ Test Engineer
Location: Dong Nai, Viet Nam
Job Description/ Mô Tả Công Việc:
- Sustain existing products at global manufacturing sites and/or at OSV.
Duy trì và hỗ trợ các sản phẩm hiện hữu tại các nhà máy toàn cầu và/hoặc tại OSV.
- Take over new product introduction (NPI) from NPI Product Engineer.
Tiếp nhận sản phẩm mới từ NPI PE để chuyển sang giai đoạn sản xuất duy trì.
- Monitor and analyze yield trends; take/recommend proactive measures to prevent potential product issues.
Giám sát và phân tích xu hướng yield (tỷ lệ đạt); đề xuất/thực hiện biện pháp chủ động nhằm phòng ngừa các vấn đề liên quan đến sản phẩm.
- Participate in new product development (including EBR support); qualify test packages (from BU) and transfer to manufacturing.
Tham gia phát triển sản phẩm mới (bao gồm hỗ trợ EBR); đánh giá/kiểm định gói test (từ BU) và chuyển giao vào sản xuất.
- Responsible for product characterization and qualification of changes.

Create, maintain, and revise manufacturing documentation (48A, BOM, global bonding diagram specifications, etc.).

- Support product site transfer.

- Participate in projects to improve yield, cycle time, quality, and to reduce costs.

- Work with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, QA, CQE, and BU Application Engineering to resolve customer issues.

- Perform other duties as required by the immediate superior from time to time.
