NPD Reliability Engineer
Location: Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea, Republic of
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Reliability Engineering work for new technology/products of HV Si & SiC JFET products.
- Identify and address reliability risks of designs and processes of die fab and packaging process, and their interactions.
- Design/Plan reliability tests (Test conditions, test duration, sampling) for DOE engineering and for the qualification on onsemi system.
- Disposition of reliability failures based on failure analysis and reliability risk assessment.
- Data analysis of reliability results, test and quality data
- Technical analysis of reliability failures related qualification specification consistency and improvement activities.
- Summarize and report out of reliability data to internal and external customers.
- Actively involved in and work with cross-functional teams on systematic management of risks associated with product quality and reliability issues.
- Responds to Customer inquiry related to Reliability.
- Drive data-driven reliability methodologies through automation, predictive analytics, and digital engineering initiatives.
