Job Description
The dynamic vehicle electrification, AI data center, industrial and energy infrastructure market spaces are undergoing transformational growth. High power modules are no longer an off-the-shelf semiconductor solution, but rather an integral part of the overall power electronics architecture. We are seeking a passionate Power Module Design Member of Technical Staff with expertise in power module design to come on board onsemi’s Power Solutions Group design team and be part of our quest to be the global Intelligent Power solutions leader.
We have an innovative portfolio of Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFET and JFET solutions, alongside IGBTs and GaN in the pipeline and we look forward to enhancing our product roadmap with creative solutions that enable us to meet our customers’ needs. The successful applicant will be based in our office in Munich, Germany. Alternate locations such as Piestany, Roznov and Bucheon can be considered.
