The manager will ensure new technologies enter manufacturing with clear process requirements, understood device and integration risks, appropriate controls, and a defined path toward stable high-volume manufacturing.

The manager will develop a clear understanding of current and future product demand and use that insight to influence technology development, qualification priorities, and product introduction plans. Working across Technology Development, Product Engineering, Business Units, and Manufacturing, this leader will help establish a sustainable pipeline of qualified products that supports fab loading, utilization, product ramps, and future business growth.

The manager will provide both technical and organizational leadership, ensuring that Integration Engineering delivers technologies that are technically ready for manufacturing, prioritizing the technologies and products needed to support the factory's future loading requirements.
