Summary

The Revenue Enablement Team is seeking a Revenue Enablement System Administrator Intern to help maintain, and optimize both Mindtickle, our enterprise LMS, and Seismic, our sales CMS system. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales enablement and project management, while contributing to the success of the sales team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Content Management System (CMS) Maintenance (Seismic): update and manage sales content in the CMS, ensure all sales materials are current and accessible, and organize and categorize content for easy retrieval by the sales team.
• Learning Management System (LMS) Maintenance (Mindtickle): upload and manage training materials in the LMS, track and report on training completion and effectiveness, and assist in creating and updating training modules.
• Feedback and Improvement: gather feedback from the sales team for process improvement.
• Data Analysis: analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Required Education and Experience

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate-level degree in a relevant field of study, such as Business, Marketing, Communications, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong preference of junior, senior, and graduate-level students.
• Prior internship experience is beneficial but not required.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with LMS and CMS tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Familiarity with data analysis software.
• Proactive: Takes initiative and is eager to learn.
• Detail-Oriented: Pays attention to detail and ensures accuracy in work.
• Team Player: Works well in a team environment and collaborates effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative and cross-functional team setting.
