Summary

OneStream’s Cloud Operations Team is looking for candidates who are interested in pursuing 2025 internship opportunities. Our Cloud Operations Team is responsible for Environment Delivery and supporting all customer Cloud Environments. During this internship, you will be working with the OneStream environments within Microsoft Azure. You will be part of the technical collaboration within the Cloud team and utilize it to deliver a world-class customer experience. 

Our North America Program runs from Monday, June 9th 2025- Friday, August 15th 2025. The ideal candidate will be an independent learner and passionate about using automation to ensure positive customer experience. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Deploying customer environments with automation tools. 
• Reviewing and updating documentation as needed. 
• Troubleshooting with customers who are unable to log in (as needed). 
• Reviewing alerting and providing root cause analysis and trends.

Required Education and Experience

• In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree or graduate-level degree in Computer Science or related field. 
• 3.0 GPA or higher. 
• Junior, senior, and graduate-level students preferred.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Previous internship experience is nice to have, but not necessarily required. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative and cross-functional team setting. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations. 
• Comfort with speaking to individuals and presenting to large groups.  
• Strong interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality. 
• Highly motivated and self-directed. 
• Proven ability to identify and resolve problems while maintaining professionalism. 
• Experience with Windows servers is preferred. 
• Previous database experience is nice to have, but not necessarily required. 
• Previous networking experience is nice to have, but not necessarily required. 
• Previous scripting of any kind is nice to have, but not necessarily required. 
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel.
