The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on Platform Product Owner to help shape and deliver OneClick Code’s customer-facing SaaS platform, data products, reports, APIs, and partner integrations

This role will own product definition through release and adoption. You will work closely with Product Design, Engineering, Data, Sales & Customer Success to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, manage delivery, and measure whether released solutions create the intended value.

This is not a project coordinator or requirements-taking role. We are looking for someone who can develop a strong understanding of our customers and industry, bring structure to ambiguous problems, make informed recommendations, and take accountability for product outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines the execution discipline of a Product Owner with the customer and commercial mindset of a Product Manager. Your primary focus will be to own the backlog and execute an established roadmap, while understanding the “why” behind each initiative, challenging assumptions, and recommending improvements based on customer needs, business value, and product data. You will work closely with Product leadership to inform priorities and measure outcomes beyond delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify user problems, workflow gaps, business opportunities, and product risks
• Translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable requirements and acceptance criteria, resolving open questions with stakeholders before development begins.
• Work closely with Product Design to create, evaluate, and refine workflows, prototypes, and user experiences.
• Analyze market trends, user behavior, and product performance to generate actionable insights and inform product roadmap..
• Help validate product assumptions before significant development investment is made.
• Track KPIs and product metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with company objectives, customer value, revenue opportunities, and technical dependencies.
• Make day-to-day scope and priority decisions while escalating material tradeoffs when appropriate
• Review completed work against acceptance criteria and intended customer outcomes.
• Use qualitative and quantitative evidence to recommend iteration, expansion, repositioning, or discontinuation.
• Maintain clear product documentation and communicate progress, decisions, risks, and results to stakeholders.

What Success Looks Like

• A prioritized backlog with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and visible dependencies.
• Day-to-day ownership of assigned initiatives, with significant decisions escalated alongside clear recommendations.
• Released improvements evaluated through customer feedback and agreed product metrics to inform next steps.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a closely related role supporting software products.
• At least 1–2 years of direct ownership for a SaaS or digital product backlog, feature area, or product initiative with demonstrated ability to prioritize based on customer needs and business value, make scope tradeoffs, and evaluate results after launch.
• Experience partnering directly with software engineers and product designers in an Agile development environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) ; ability to interpret performance metrics and translate into recommendations. 
• Experience using product and delivery tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Amplitude, HotJar or comparable platforms
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with APIs, third-party integrations, data products, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience supporting product launches, beta programs, or customer validation efforts.

This is a remote position open to qualified candidates located in the United States select international markets. Candidates located outside the US must be able to work with substantial overlap during standard U.S. Mountain Time business hours.

Compensation: USD $3,500–$4,100 per month, based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Benefits:

• 15 days of paid time off in your first year, increasing to 20 days in your second year, covering vacation, personal time, and sick leave.
• Paid company-observed U.S. holidays.
• Reimbursement of up to USD $125 per month toward your own medical coverage.

Location: Remote — Latin America. Candidates must be available to work with substantial overlap during standard U.S. Mountain Time business hours.
