About the Role

We are looking for a Junior CCTV Monitor with exceptional observation skills and attention to detail. You will be part of a critical team overseeing 300 cameras across 6 facilities around the world (U.S., Dominican Republic, and India). If you have skills developed through intensive digital environments (such as gaming) and are looking to start or grow your career in corporate security, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Consistently and diligently review assigned CCTV cameras across our 6 global sites.

• Top Priority: Stay alert to any activity suggesting a potential exfiltration of confidential information from our systems and report it immediately.
• Observe and report anomalous behavior: security breaches (Security/Safety), suspicious conduct, harassment, altercations, or violations of the code of conduct.
• Maintain a detailed and accurate log of all events occurring during the shift.
• Escalate incidents by strictly following established protocols under the guidance of the Senior Monitor and the Security Director in Dallas.

Requirements

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in positions requiring high concentration (monitoring, quality control, data analysis, etc.). Candidates with no prior security experience will be considered if they demonstrate exceptional attention aptitudes.
• Age: 25 to 45 years old.
• Technical Skills: Comfort and agility navigating computers and the Windows environment.
• Gamer Profile (Highly Preferred): We are looking for active players with verifiable achievements. Your visual agility and reaction times are transferable skills we value highly for this role.
• Attention to Detail: Resistance to visual fatigue and high concentration capacity. The selection process will include psychometric assessments for sustained attention (e.g., D2 Test), PI Index, and Wonderlic Score.
• Language: Intermediate English proficiency required — ability to read manuals, write basic reports, and understand instructions from Dallas.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday (Day or Night shift). Sporadic weekend availability required (paid as overtime).
