As a Senior Member of Technical (P4). You will be responsible to
Dissect technical requirements to engineer comprehensive test plans and strategic quality assurance roadmaps.
Architect, implement, and execute rigorous test cases, followed by end-to-end defect tracking and lifecycle management.
Drive test design, execution, and thorough debugging across complex environments while pioneering automation initiatives.
Program both manual and automated test suites to validate complex software solutions and maximize functional coverage.
Build and optimize robust test scripts while continuously evaluating automated test metrics for systemic insights.
Implement and maintain enterprise-grade testing tools, custom frameworks, and automated quality gates.
Spearhead and contribute to design and code reviews to structurally improve product testability prior to deployment.
Analyze real-world production deployments and user feedback to continuously improve feature development and test parity.
Partner closely with R&D and Product Management teams to jointly engineer and deploy high-caliber software products.
Maintain a high degree of personal ownership, delivering transparent progress tracking across all project cycles.
What will you bring to Omnissa?
Required Skills :
10+ years of dedicated experience in software quality engineering, system testing, and full-lifecycle validation.
Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent professional technical discipline).
Hands-on development of automated test frameworks utilizing Selenium, Python, Appium, TestNG, Jenkins, and Maven.
Proficient in executing complex SQL queries and performing database manipulation for advanced data validation.
Skilled in multi-platform validation across Windows Desktop (including Modern Management methodologies), macOS, and Android ecosystems.
Strong fundamental knowledge of cloud-native environments and web application testing architectures.
Deep understanding of diverse Software Development Lifecycles (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) combined with expert utilization of enterprise change management platforms.
Driven by a strong passion for emerging technologies and delivering high-value customer success solutions.
Exceptional analytical capabilities paired with strong written and verbal communication skills to bridge technical gaps.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize high-impact goals, and effectively manage time across parallel project tracks.
