About Omnidian
Omnidian, Inc. is a fast-growing Series C tech-enabled service company revolutionizing performance assurance for the distributed solar and energy storage industries. Omnidian is building a more sustainable future for the planet through our passionate teams, our innovative technology, and by creating an amazing customer experience.
The Job
As a Staff Software Engineer on Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM), you will build the systems that define the data models and life cycle of every solar and battery asset under Omnidian's purview. You will report to the Senior Engineering Manager ofALM and work alongside a product manager, operations teams, client integration partners and peer engineering teams. You'll help design and ship our client-facing onboarding API and our configurable onboarding check engine, which clients use to onboard thousands of assets at a time, while leveraging AI for coding and testing.
Our stack: Kotlin and Spring Boot services on AWS (EKS), MySQL, SQS, React and TypeScript for internal tools, Databricks for analytics, and Grafana and Sentry for observability.

- Keep downstream data sources such as Resolv (our Operations platform), Salesforce and our data platform in sync through standardized mechanisms and practices
- Build and review safe bulk corrections, migrations and backfills
