Software Test Automation Engineer, 80-100% (f/m/x)

Location: Klaus, Austria

Your role within the team

  • Ensure and enhance the quality of our Windows desktop application developed with the .NET framework.
  • Create and maintain automated tests written in C#, with a strong focus on scalable and maintainable test automation.
  • Perform thorough manual testing to validate real‑world usage scenarios. This includes working hands-on with physical test devices and verifying correct interaction between hardware and software.
  • Analyze issues, document findings and collaborate closely with our development team.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our testing strategy and test automation infrastructure.

  • Technical education in computer science, mechatronics or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming and motivation to learn or deepen test automation with C#
  • Interest in electrical engineering concepts and hands‑on work with measurement and test devices

  • Confident English communication skills for working within our international team
