The role involves leveraging Microsoft technologies to advance high-priority AI initiatives and platform capabilities. **Position Overview for the Site Reliability Engineer:** - Support and administer the organization’s Microsoft Power Platform environment, ensuring platform reliability, governance, and optimization. - Partner with the technical lead to expand Power Platform capabilities and support AI initiatives. - Focus on platform administration, troubleshooting, and automation with a strong engineering mindset. - Support Microsoft technologies such as Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. - Bring a hands-on approach to supporting production environments and improving system performance. ** for the Site Reliability Engineer:** - 3+ years’ experience administering, configuring, governing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Power Platform environments. - Strong experience with Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related Microsoft enterprise technologies. - Experience supporting production environments, enhancing platform reliability, and troubleshooting technical issues. - Ability to partner with engineering teams on new solutions, including AI initiatives. - A strong mix of engineering and administrative experience, with a focus on automation and platform governance.
