In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our products through rigorous testing and analysis. You will develop and implement reliability test plans, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality. Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of RAMS, Weibull analysis, and reliability testing methodologies
• Experience with test automation tools and data analysis software (e.g., Reliasoft, Minitab)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in environmental testing
• Familiarity with life test and MTBF/MTTR calculations
• Knowledge of fixture design
