Essential Job FunctionsThe contractor will provide senior engineering services supporting the TIGR platform, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.

Production Operations & Application Reliability Perform weekly application health assessments and operational reviews. Monitor application performance, availability, and system health. Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate issue resolution across development, infrastructure, and product teams. Identify operational risks and recommend performance improvements.Azure & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineering Administer Azure resources and Dynamics 365 environments. Support environment configuration, maintenance, lifecycle management, and integrations. Optimize platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend architecture improvements. Coordinate with Microsoft and third-party vendors as needed.Azure DevOps, CI/CD & Release Engineering Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Automate build, deployment, and release processes. Support production deployments and release planning. Standardize release management processes and documentation.Security, Governance & Platform Modernization Assess and improve security configurations and governance. Support least-privilege access, compliance, and cybersecurity remediation. Recommend platform hardening and modernization opportunities. Develop governance standards and operational documentation.Technical Advisory & Knowledge Transfer Participate in architecture and technical design reviews. Support backlog refinement and technical planning. Develop SOPs and runbooks. Provide knowledge transfer to CloudOps personnel.Operational Support & Health Reporting: Provide ongoing operational support, weekly health reporting, issue resolution, performance recommendations, and operational risk identification. DevOps & Release Management Improvements: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and standardize release management.Security & Platform Governance Enhancements: Implement security, governance, and configuration improvements across Azure and Dynamics 365. Technical Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain documentation, deployment procedures, runbooks, and provide knowledge transfer. Period of Performance
