Salesforce Developer

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Salesforce Developer.

Main responsabilities:

• Develop software according to user requirements, functional and technical design specifications.

• Perform and assist with quality assurance activities as needed.

• Asses, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and develop maintenance procedures.

• Review code for potential performance issues, reusability and/ or anomalies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Salesforce Expertise: +3 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with solid mastery of development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, migration tools, SOQL, web services).

• Experience in developing complex solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in Salesforce. Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds is highly welcome.

• Experience in developing lightning components.

• Understanding of both DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles and the importance of SDLC (Software Development Process) and coding methodology principles is a plus

• Should be able to work in a self managing way and should take Accountability of all assigned applications

• Professional working proficiency in English is a strong plus (capable of handling business communication in intercultural environments).

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a must.

• Any other Salesforce certification is a plus
