Full Stack Developer

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Full Stack Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies (React, Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).

• Collaborate with digital, data, and CRM teams to integrate solutions with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva Vault PromoMats, and Veeva CRM environments. Experience with WordPress or WordPress VIP environments is a plus.

• Develop and maintain APIs and microservices for omnichannel content delivery and automation workflows.

• Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and continuous integration pipelines.

• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability across multiple environments (cloud and on-premise).

• Participate in architectural decisions, defining best practices and coding standards.

• Troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative, efficient technical solutions.

• Support product owners and business stakeholders in translating requirements into technical specifications.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node.js, TypeScript) and one or more back-end languages (Python, Java, or .NET).

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

• Experience with database management (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Knowledge of integration with enterprise systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva Vault / Veeva CRM.

• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, responsive design, and UI/UX optimization principles.

• Understanding of data security, GDPR compliance, and code versioning best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Excellent communication skills in multicultural environments.

• Capacity to work independently and manage priorities in agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).

• Leadership and mentoring attitude within multidisciplinary teams.

• Adaptability and continuous learning mindset toward new technologies.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer in digital or enterprise environments.

• Proven track record developing front-end and back-end solutions for large-scale platforms.

• Previous experience with WP Vip, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva Vault PromoMats, or Veeva CRM is highly valued.

• Experience in the healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries is a plus.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating technical achievements and integration projects.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
