Senior Art Director

Pozisyon Hakkında:
Müşterimizle birlikte çalışacak Senior Art Director, markanın yaratıcı iletişim süreçlerinde aktif rol alacak; çok mecralı kampanyaların görsel dünyasının oluşturulması, yaratıcı fikirlerin geliştirilmesi ve kampanya süreçlerinin uçtan uca yönetilmesinden sorumlu olacaktır. Bu rol, dijital başta olmak üzere farklı iletişim mecralarında yaratıcı bakış açısı geliştirebilen, trendleri yakından takip eden ve yüksek görsel kalite standartlarında üretim yapabilen bir ekip arkadaşı gerektirir.
Sorumluluklar:
• Çok mecralı kampanyalar için yaratıcı konseptler geliştirmek ve görsel dünyasını oluşturmak.
• Dijital platformlara uygun yaratıcı tasarım süreçlerini yönetmek.
• Marka iletişim çalışmalarında yaratıcı ekiple birlikte fikir geliştirme süreçlerine katkı sağlamak.
• İş süreçlerinde ekiplerle koordineli çalışarak projelerin zamanında teslim edilmesini sağlamak.
• Tasarım trendlerini ve yeni teknolojileri takip ederek projelere entegre etmek.
• Markanın görsel dilini koruyarak yaratıcı ve etkili işler üretmek.
• Gerektiğinde sunum ve müşteri toplantı süreçlerine destek vermek.
Aranan Nitelikler:
• Üniversitelerin Güzel Sanatlar Fakültelerinden mezun olmak.
• Minimum 7-8 yıl reklam ajansı deneyimine sahip olmak.
• Çok mecralı kampanyalarda Art Director olarak görev almış olmak.
• Dijital mecralardaki sürekli yenilenen trendlere hakim olmak.
• Tasarım trendlerini yakından takip eden ve kendini geliştirmeyi seven bir bakış açısına sahip olmak.
• Yeni teknolojilere hızlı adapte olabilmek.
• Güçlü iletişim becerilerine sahip, dikkatli ve sorumluluk sahibi olmak.
• İyi seviyede İngilizce bilgisine sahip olmak.
