E11B CSS Annual Salary $60,790.80 + Full State Employee Benefits

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and one year of professional experience,
• OR a bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience
• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional-level experience for each year of the required education.

*NOTE: No substitution will be allowed for the required professional supervisory, managerial, consultative, or administrative experience.
 

Job Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, & controlling the operation and activities of a child support office under the general direction of the Managing Attorney.
• This position is responsible for overseeing all professional Child Support Specialist staff in the office, including work processes, training, timekeeping, & performance evaluations.
