Your Role - Know Your Goal and Own It!

Craft exceptional experiences:

• Develop and implement scalable, efficient, and reusable frontend components using frameworks and libraries such as React/Next.js.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, translating designs into flawless, high-quality code.
• Work with clients and business teams to refine their needs, translate them into requirements, and directly implement them in code.

Own your impact:

• Ensure seamless functionality across different devices and browsers.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve frontend challenges.
• Identify gaps that could disrupt user experience and proactively address them.
• Use and explore actively AI tools to elevate your knowledge and your team to the better

Create Solutions, not roadblocks:

• Partner with backend developers to integrate APIs, optimizing performance and application capabilities.
• Participate actively in code reviews and mentor team members, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
• Adhere to overarching architectural styles, advocate for them, and keep your work and your context updated with the latest standards.

You’re confident delivering frontend solutions efficiently, securely, with solid architectural decisions, high maintainability, and excellent user experience, closely aligned to specific requirements. Thus, you’re highly familiar with the latest tools, technologies, and industry developments in frontend engineering.

• Demonstrated expertise in frontend development using modern frameworks and libraries.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Vercel).
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Solid grasp of CI/CD methodologies and best practices.
• Understanding and desire to grasp and shape complex contexts and systems.
• Drive to identify where code creates the most value, rather than merely writing code.
• Commitment to continuously improving yourself and your environment to achieve the best possible outcomes together.

You have ideally at least 3–5 years of frontend development experience, though ultimately what matters most is that you have the skills, proven experience, or clear potential to independently lead a small client-focused team.
