Software Project Manager (H/F/X)

What will you do in this role?

• Manage client relationships, being the primary contact for tech development and issue resolution
• Triaging requests and communicating client priorities to the development team
• Summarize and articulate client needs and timelines internally
• Support clients in meeting business needs through technology delivery
• Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver product features
• Align client direction with Kraken’s goals and infrastructure
• Potential to expand role to other regions (e.g., France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Greece).

You are a match for this role if you have:

• Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience
• Strong agile delivery experience 
• Experience of product management and customer journeys
• Solid understanding of technology and associated trends
• Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills
• Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
• Experience of working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients
• Patience and initiative - our clients are undergoing huge transformations that take time and require our understanding 
• Time management and a get-stuff-done attitude
• Consulting experience is a plus 
• Fluent English + French required
• For this position in France, 2 on-site days in our Paris office are planned so we look after people who can attend this rythm
