Project Manager / Scrum Master

How you succeed

You'll facilitate collaboration, remove impediments, and help teams improve their processes and practices. You'll also need to be adaptable, resilient, and able to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.

What you do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices
- Remove impediments and help teams resolve conflicts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Analyze and improve team processes and practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Who you are
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT Scrum Master or IT Project Manager
- Strong hands-on experience in Agile scrum practices and Waterfall methodology

- Proficient in Wealth Management domain or Digital transformation in Client apps (Web/Mobile)

- Strong expertise in project financial management and vendor management
- Possess excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
