As a Product Manager, to partner with Capital Markets business to drive all product related activities and discussions. Together with internal stakeholders, formulate business development, risks, controls, and platform strategies with work plans aligned to the organization’s goals.

Primary function:

• Organize, manage, and drive product development, product governance, and end-to-end lifecycle management activities across the Capital Markets platform, covering all aspects of the business with a focus on front-to-back touchpoints.
• Lead the evaluation, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of investment products and capabilities, while supporting execution/advisory teams on product initiatives, change projects, and strategic business priorities.
• Drive product governance activities, including product approvals, periodic reviews, product and counterparties due diligence, risk assessments, regulatory implementation, and policy changes, ensuring compliance with internal governance and external regulatory requirements.
• Partner with key stakeholders to optimize processes, strengthen controls, and enhance operational efficiency across front-to-back workflows.
• Keep abreast of market trends, customer behavior, key financial drivers, and competitors' strategies to drive product growth, identify business opportunities, and maintain market competitiveness.
• Business representation in key forums and committee and acts as a conduit between business and relevant stakeholders.

• Undertake ad hoc assignments or special business projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with min 8 years product management experience, preferably in an investment or wealth management environment.
• Detailed knowledge of analysis and markets, with strong technical capabilities and knowledge in investments products including derivatives.
• Knowledge and understanding of banking & regulatory guidelines.
