As a Campus Recruiter, you'll play a key role in building our early careers pipeline by partnering with universities, student organizations, and business stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. How You Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need to understand the evolving expectations of students, graduates, and early-career professionals, as well as the talent needs of the business. You'll build strong relationships with universities, campus partners, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to create effective attraction and engagement strategies. Your ability to plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives, manage multiple hiring programmes, and leverage market insights will be key to securing top early-career talent for OCBC.

What You Do

  • Manage end-to-end campus recruitment activities for internship, graduate talent, and entry-level hiring programmes
  • Develop and execute campus attraction strategies to build OCBC's employer brand across universities and institutes of higher learning
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with university career offices, faculty partners, student organizations, and external vendors
  • Plan and deliver campus engagement initiatives, including career fairs, networking events, information sessions, workshops, and recruitment campaigns
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring plans
  • Screen, assess, and manage candidate pipelines to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience
  • Coordinate assessment centres, interviews, and selection processes for early-career hiring programmes
  • Analyze recruitment data and market trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance hiring outcomes
  • Collaborate with HR Marketing and Group Brand and Communications teams to create compelling content and campaigns that attract high-potential talent
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through targeted campus outreach and recruitment efforts

Who you are

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in campus recruitment, graduate hiring, early careers talent acquisition, or recruitment marketing.

  • Experience managing internships, graduate programmes, or large-scale campus hiring initiatives preferred.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and event management capabilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment systems and analytics to drive decisions.

  • Passion for early talent development and creating exceptional candidate experiences.
