Responsible for development of business plans, preparing and organizing marketing campaigns for different loan products and supporting the digital enhancement to achieve pre-set objective and business goal.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and execute business plans, marketing strategies and promotion campaigns for consumer loan products to achieve pre-set objective

• Driving client acquisition, attrition management and portfolio management to maximize product revenue

• Devise online strategies to improve channel efficiency, application effectiveness with digital marketing support to drive New to Bank customers and Online Channel acquisition

• Launch of new product and product revamp, product management

• Design and re-engineer customer onboarding journey via digital platform. Drive the launch of new digital initiatives in terms of end-to-end service development

• Website maintenance and SEO Optimization

• Co-ordinate and work with Technology Division and external vendors to enhance the mobile app acquisition platform

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs, oversee the performance of alliance partners

• Support team head to contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance as well as overall business strategy 

• Driving efficiency improvement through Process Improvement

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent

• Minimum 8-10 years solid experience in Consumer Loans

• Knowledge in management, good communication skill and excellent command of Chinese and English

• Proactive, with excellent business and marketing sense and able to drive initiatives independently
