Interact with the CO, COR, and GTMs daily or weekly, as required, to ensure performance across all contract tasks. • Organic Growth: Identify and shape opportunities to expand existing customer work through funded scope expansion, task order growth, customer-funded enhancements, follow-on work, and option support. Partner with Business Development and Contracts to document opportunities and validate funded results through executed contract actions and Finance records.
  • Support New Business Growth Strategy: Provide substantive support to assigned captures, recompetes, proposals, customer shaping, and adjacent opportunities. Contribute management approaches, staffing and transition plans, solution artifacts, past-performance inputs, subject matter expertise, and oral presentation preparation; maintain evidence of completed contributions.
  • Workforce Leadership and Conduct: Oversee recruiting, selection, orientation, development, counseling, discipline, and support of contract employees. Plan, establish, and review compensation actions; enforce policies and procedures; and ensure required professional development training. Review, assess, manage, and correct conduct that could reflect poorly on the Department of State or OBXtek.
