We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer with strong Laravel expertise to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean, scalable code, has a deep understanding of backend architectures, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

What You’ll Do 

• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices, focusing on PHP & Laravel.
• Create backend services, API and maintain backend documentation.
• Integrate data from various thirdparty services and databases to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain software documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility for the development team.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into operational and developmental activities.
• Monitoring - be able to identify the reason of an issue quickly using the modern tools like Elasticsearch Logs/Telescope, etc.
• Test coverage - write efficient integration and unit tests to guarantee the application stability.
• Self Organization/work independently - take ownership of tasks, and drive solutions to completion without constant supervision.
• Flexibility and adaptability - you can work with incomplete requirements, operate without a full dev environment, and still deliver reliable solutions in production.

What You’ll Bring  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related experience.
• Exceptional version control practices, with experience using Git or similar tools.
• Rigorous testing and debugging practices to ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Passion for problem-solving and bug hunting, with a commitment to resolving issues promptly.
• Solid understanding of web application architecture, including security, performance optimisation and best development practices.
• Strong problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges effectively.
• Independence in issue analysis and finding solutions would be a plus.
• Experience integrating AI services and tools into workflows, including hands-on use of modern AI solutions.
